Is bottled water really good for you?

I usually buy the nestle pure life bottled water. The last couple times I drink it i would get very loose stools. Now just a couple of days ago after I drink 3 bottles and not to be gross, but I had nothing but water pouring out of me. Could someone please tell me if bottled water can do that or is it just my body and I need to go see the doctor?

Water is good for you, but not all bottled waters are equal…water shouldn’t be doing that to you…
Not sure about Nestle Pure Life but some waters have additives or are basically recycled tap water. It’s best to do a little research…I myself prefer Fiji water or Arrowhead…

You mean *** when you say nothing but water pouring out of you right? That’s good. That means your getting lots of water when your *** is almost clear.

Normally bottled water is treated water and could be desalinated water by either MFP or reverse omosis method. In both methods the salts present in the water is removed and sometimes salts added to increase taste. So if you have diarrhea then it may be due to some infection either some other source or the water itself could be contaminated. Or else you must have become allergic to it.

Water Coolers
It’s better than almost anything else you could drink in a packaged bottle, but not great. I think you should invest in a nice water bottle (go for stainless steel, NOT plastic), and fill it up with filtered water from home. A Brita filter is amazing and not too expensive.
Plastic water bottles create a lot of unnecessary waste! Also, the water has been sitting in plastic for who knows how long, which is not good, and certain kinds of plastic have recently been shown to cause cancer.
