Is flavored water good for you?
Mandi asked:
I have a filtered water pitcher, and a filter on my kitchen faucet. Both give me the option to add a little flavor to the water with the press of a button. The more times i press the button, the stronger the flavor (raspberry at the moment).

Anyways, my question is, will this water still be good for me? I cant force myself to drink plain water, but I want to replace drinking soda with flavored water.(after ive read the effects that it has with the acidity/mineral levels in my body).
Is flavored water 2nd best to pure water?

It is still good for you, but pure water is always the best thing.

I think you would have to list the ingredients in the flavoring for any of us to answer your question accurately. It seems like what ever they use to flavor the water would be artificial, which would mean it’s not good for you but I really don’t know for sure. If you can get used to drinking flavored water-why can’t you get used to drinking unflavored water?
