How much water is too much water?
I drink 8-12 cups of pure tap water a day, is that too much?
I also take care of my 1 years old, and I do push ups and crunches twice a day.

is there a type of tropical fish that can live in water with iron in it?
Our water has a LOT of iron in it. It tastes, is discolored and stains our clothing, dishes, sinks, etc. -everything! It gives my cat bladder infections but she won’t drink pure spring water. Last summer I got a Siamese fighting fish and put pure spring water in his tank, but he died anyway. Somebody told me that all the nurients are removed out of pure spring water. I’d love to have a fish. Is there any type of tropical fish that can survive in this water?

Is bottled water really good for you?
I usually buy the nestle pure life bottled water. The last couple times I drink it i would get very loose stools. Now just a couple of days ago after I drink 3 bottles and not to be gross, but I had nothing but water pouring out of me. Could someone please tell me if bottled water can do that or is it just my body and I need to go see the doctor?

Would it be safe if a baby had 7 oz of pure formula without the water?
I would normally prepare the formula with water prior to putting it in the fridge but the water wasn’t cooled down enough so I just had the formula in it’s container and I put it in the fridge telling myself that once the water was cooled I would add it. Well when the time came around to his feeding I completely forgot and gave it to him. He drank all 7 ounces. I feel terrible. Any input or info would be greatly appreciated.

Alternative to water?
I’m not a big fan of drinking 8 glasses of water per day. I’ve tried for about a month to drink lots of water each day, but find I’m not enjoying the process.
No enjoyment means it can’t be a lifelong change. The reason for no enjoyment is I don’t like drinking so much water….I feel water logged.
So the question is, can you drink a couple of glasses of water and then get the rest of your water from tea, coffee, juice etc.
I know all of these have calories, water doesn’t, but if I take the calories into account in my daily intake, would these be good subsitutes for pure water?

So, exactly HOW does Water Expire?
I was drinking a bottle of Pure water, and noticed the cap was stamped with an expiration date. And I wondered – can someone tell me the chemical process by which pure water can go bad?
I also noticed the nutritional information label on the side of the bottle. Is society that stupid? Are we that ignorant? Gee, doc, I don’t know why she starved to death – we gave her as much water as she could drink!

Water problem here?
The water which we drink,cook, and using it to clean (bodies and house) Have a high percentage of chlorine and Calcium. It does not clean something well…
The hair still has a weired smell even when you use the best shampoo….
At least i want to drink a pure water….
What can i do? Any ideas people?
