What happens if the item arrives damaged? Customers should carefully inspect the packaging of their item(s) upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, they should make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If the item(s) arrive damaged, customers should send photos to returns@purewaterfiltering.com, and we will initiate an insurance claim on their behalf.
