  1. When will you be charged? You will be charged at the time of placing their order.

  2. How soon will my item(s) ship? Most orders will ship within 1-2 days, depending on any customizations required.

  3. Will I receive a tracking number? Yes, once the order is complete, You will receive a tracking number in their order confirmation email. 

  4. What should customers do if they want updates on their order? Customers can email us at orders@purewaterfiltering.com for any updates or inquiries about their order status.

  5. What happens if the item arrives damaged? Customers should carefully inspect the packaging of their item(s) upon delivery. If any damage is noticed, they should make a note of it when signing for the delivery. If the item(s) arrive damaged, customers should send photos to returns@purewaterfiltering.com, and we will initiate an insurance claim on their behalf.

  6. What happens if I do not like the product? If you are not satisfied with the product, you can contact our customer support team to discuss potential returns or exchanges.
