However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you may need to initiate a return or request a refund.  Please review our return and refund policy outlined below.

Return Policy:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your water filter must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also include all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

Return Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we will not be able to accept your return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at purewaterfiltering@gmail.com. Our team will guide you through the return process and give you instructions for returning the product. 

Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part. If damaged has occurred please send pictures to purewaterfiltering@gmail.com within 12 hours of delivery. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and obtaining a shipping receipt for your records.

  2. Once your Order is received you will be refunded your payment.
